PDP reps candidate, Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam, for Nkanu East/West Fed. House of Reps under PDP was allegedly caught yesterday by the military with 4000 pvcs at Ozalla, Nkanu East LGA, Enugu State. According to Daily post, Ujam is the immediate past Commissioner for Land in Enugu State.
