Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Commission, Mr. Boboye Oyeyemi, has said the agency will begin the enforcement of crash helmets rule for motorcyclists in the country.
Oyeyemi, who spoke on Wednesday, believed that the decline in helmets usage had caused untold hazards.
