A many as 15 people have been killed in a fresh bomb attack on Tuesday in Potiskum town of Yobe state, North-East Nigeria.







An eyewitness who was present at the scene disclosed that “Passengers were boarding a vehicle heading to Kano when the incident happened.”












A nursing officer at the hospital, who pleaded anonymity, revealed that so far 15 dead bodies have been deposited at the mortuary while 53 others are lying critical at the hospital.







“This is the worse suicide bombing so far recorded since the commencement of the insurgency as it has recorded 15 deaths so far while 53 persons are laying critical and there is a high possibility that the death toll will raise considering the extent of injuries so far on ground”, the nursing officer said.







A female suicide bomber had last Sunday hit the Potiskum GSM Market killing 6 and injuring several others.







Motor parks, markets, restaurant and several other public places have remained targets of the dreaded Islamist terror group Boko Haram.
