Suspected Fulani herdsmen have struck again in Taraba, killing five persons and seriously injuring two others.
The attack was said to have been launched on Kungana Village in Bali local government area of Taraba State.
This is coming barely 48 hours after gunmen suspected to be Fulani herdsmen killed four people and burnt over 30 houses at Dinya Village in Gassol local government area of the state.
Joseph Kwaji, State Police Public Relations Officer confirmed the incident to newsmen in Jalingo, saying that the gunmen attacked the village at about 2.00 a.m on Tuesday and set several houses ablaze.
