A suspected car bomb ripped through a crowded entertainment spot in the north Nigerian city of Kano on Sunday, witnesses said.
The blast on a busy road lined with bars in the predominantly Christian area of Sabon Giri, could be heard several kilometres (miles) away, locals said.
Nigeria’s Channels television said 10 people had been killed but there was no official confirmation from police in the city.
Also an eye witnesses account said that more than twenty five killed in the blast
