A Franklin High school student who claims she was gang-raped is facing backlash from some of her classmates. (If you missed the first story, CLICK HERE ).

The 15 year old says she was given alcohol and then sexually assaulted at an Elk Grove park over the weekend. She is sticking to her story, despite getting threats on Twitter and being called a liar by people she considered to be friends.

"It could be anyone that this happened to. They're just trying to blame it on me and saying that I'm lying," the girl said. The girl and her mother did not want to be identified because of the seriousness of the allegations.

The girl says she made a bad decision when she snuck out of a friend's house on Sunday and met up with a small group of friends. She claims to have been given alcohol, dragged into a car and driven off.

"She arrived at Morse Park in a car where there was a larger group of guys that were already there waiting for her. That was nothing that she planned or knew was happening," the girl's mother said. What happened afterward is unclear to the victim.

When she went to school Tuesday, she briefly saw cellphone video taken that night. "I didn't think that the video was that big of a deal until administrators saw the whole entire video and then I was told about what actually happened," the girl said.

Her mother says she spoke with the vice principal at Franklin High School, who saw the video, and was told what happened.

"She is unconscious, she is propped up, sexual acts are performed on her. She is not participating in anyway. She does come to enough to yell 'no' three times, then they let go of her and she falls to the ground," the victim's mother said.

Elk Grove police were notified right after on Tuesday. "Part of conducting the investigation is interviewing all the possible people involved in it, witnesses," Det. Josh Magdaleno said.

Police say there have been no arrests but they do have a cellphone that could possibly have video of the attack. Investigators have not seen it because they are trying to get consent from the owner before they view it. They say that is key evidence that will help investigators determine exactly what happened.

The Elk Grove Unified School District is refusing to comment on the incident because it did not happen on campus.
