Bollywood superstar actress Kareena Kapoor was honoured with the Icon of the Year award that she won through an online poll, at the Asiavision Radio Awards at Al Nasr Leisureland on Saturday night, in Dubai.
The 33-year-old star, who beat her contemporaries including Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone in the contest, performed a little dance for her fans to thank them. She was accompanied by designer Vikram Phadnis who also dressed her for the night.
The awards, held for the first time in Dubai honours the best RJs and news presenters working in UAE-based Malayalam radio stations. See more photos, and watch video below.
