The event started at about 6 p.m, however, President Goodluck Jonathan arrived the venue around 8 p.m.The event was also attended by several visiting heads of states, government officials, and members of the public. It ended at about 9 p.m. with fireworks display and was anchored by Funke Akindele and I.K Osakioduwa.
